The Launch
By 2025, Dylan had advanced his career to become a Critical Facilities Engineer at Netrality Data Centers, working on state-of-the-art industrial cooling, power distribution, and building automation systems. All the while, he continued developing Service Assistant. Refining its reasoning, interface, and workflow to serve as a true assistant for technicians everywhere.
After two years of research, planning, and development, Dylan launched HVACR.ai, the parent company behind Service Assistant.
Today, HVACR.ai stands as the bridge between human experience and artificial intelligence — built by a technician, for technicians — with a mission to make every service call faster, smarter, and more reliable.
